Why don't you offer the same size for every print?
Available sizes are based on cropping + resolution. If you are interested in a custom size or frame style, please send us a message with what you are looking for and we will provide you with a quote based on availability.
Do the prints + frames online look the same as they do in person?
Colors may look slightly different depending upon your monitor. We do the best to accurately display how the prints + frames look in person, but please know they may vary slightly.
Want to see the prints in person, in a real life brick + mortar shop? If you're on Nantucket, a select few prints are sold at Milly & Grace and Nantucket Looms. Off island? Visit one of the many Serena & Lily stores including Westport, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons. We also have work available online at Serena & Lily, Tuckernuck, Chairish and Anthropologie.
Do you accept returns? (And what if my piece arrives damaged, including freight shipping policy).
Each print and frame (and puzzle) is custom made for you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Frames are custom cut and handmade by Framebridge or Simply Framed (depending upon the size), and will arrive ready to hang (hanging hardware included - all you need is a hammer). The mouldings are made of solid wood with premium finishes, including acid-free materials and acrylic with UV protection. Each frame is inspected by their experts to ensure perfection before it is shipped to you from their studios here in the United States.
We do our best to ensure that everything arrives safely. Occasionally, things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis. Please open and inspect your packages immediately upon delivery. For framed pieces larger than 48” x 36”, our freight shipping policy may be found HERE.
